The MACHINE M12 Mini-Megalodon was an adaptation of the M11, turning that classic Rossie-2-styled mallet into a modern High-MOI, advanced alignment Super-Mallet, all in a compact, solid feeling and pure-rolling putting MACHINE. Prototypes were originally made and released starting in 2015, but this model never went into full production due to our re-organizaiton and move. Now we’re updating it with even more technolgy including a short slant hosel option to provide the Tour Toe Hang so popular with mallets on the PGA Tour these days.

With adjustable weights, adjustable hose (for loft, lie and toe hang adjustment options), Interchangeable hosels for offset and balance option, this is the most advanced, fitt-able and customizable putter platforms on the market.

MACHINE Starter continues to push the innovation and performance envelope with yet another breakthrough innovation. Introducting the “Flip Flange Converter”. You can now adjust the Center of Cravity (CG) up or down to suit the green speed you are playing that day. Keep the flange in it’s traditional location for normal green speeds. When they double cut them and roll them for a tournament, then simply unscrew the two connection screws and flip the flange over to raise the CG and produce a lower launch and quicker roll on those fast greens.

For 2022 MACHINE has created the added option of a Mini-Tongue flange for the Inverted (Flipped) Mini Megalodon flange. When installed in the lower flange position, the Mini-tongue provides a flat, square, super stable platform. Custom options abound, including multi-tiered sight line configurations (well suited for those wanting to confirm setting up “eyes over the ball”); and multiple materials and finishes, just to name a few.

This is a super solid feeling, high MOI design that really rolls the ball great, feels so soft yet responsive, and sounds great too. The weighting works out great for all types of our modular hoses to be used on the M12 with the Mini Megalodon flanges. And like it’s big brother the M4 Megalodon, there is a wide range of weight adjustability with these models.

Billings also added his patented Interchangeable Modular Hosel technologies allowing the golfer to select and adjust the neck style, length, offset, lie angle and putter head balance, which are adjustable when using the Delta Mod Adjuster system, another industry first.

MACHINE SHOP Putters: Made at Dogleg Right’s Custom Putter Shop, with a host of customization options including head and hosel material, plating and finish combinations; lie; length; as well as special shafts and grips.

MACHINE PROTO Putters: MACHINE Prototype putters are extremely rare, often one-of-a-kind creations and innovations from Dave Billings, used to explore and test new concepts in design, construction and / or finish. These are usually made in less than five pieces total, ever, and are tested with some very special friends whom Dave works with, trusts and highly respects. Minor modifications are designs and made into subsequent models if and when they get added to the lines. Therefore, the original PROTOs are discernible, rare and unique.

MACHINE ART Putters: MACHINE ART putters are Dave Billings’ most creative, artistic and expressive pieces, as well as the putters he puts the most time, (and a little blood sweat and tears into as well). From special materials, one of a kind stamps, unique grinds, extravagant hand hammered peening, large amounts of melting, wild hand torched flaming and numerous other artistic touches, these rare and unique ART Putters are sure to find a prize spot in a few lucky putter aficionado’s collections.

MACHINE GARAGE Putters: Finished by Hand by Dave Billings in his Garage, where he does his most creative work, and puts in countless hours making sure each of these putters is “just right!” From special grinds, melted edges, select hand hammered peening, special finishes, including hand rubbed satin, hand blued, and hand flamed Rainbow, to special “signature” stamps, to hand bent hosels. These are just some of the options available with MACHINE Garage Putters.

MACHINE TOUR Putters: Just as the name implies, TOUR putters are built specifically for TOUR players to try and use. Sometimes these are tested by players, and then passed on to collectors and loyal customers after coming back from their gypsy life out on TOUR. Hopefully a few will make their way into TOUR players’ bags, and on to help those players do great things!

Early APRIL 2023: Launch campaign

MACHINE Starter is in the process of changing the way golfers can purchase equipment.
Risks and challenges
This is our second crowd funding project, having successfully manufactured and delivered all the products in the first launch.  We have extensive experience bringing golf products to market. Over the last 27+ years, we have dealt with a wide range of issues in the golf industry and have successfully navigated many different types of challenges. We are committed to making the very best products available anywhere and fulfilling your orders in a timely manner, so you can enjoy them for years to come.
Some potential issues include:

Supply chain delivery issues (primarily components)-
Ramping up capacity has many moving parts. We have selected a group of suppliers that have proven track records in the golf industry. However, it is to be expected that improvements in process and efficiency will need to be made as we transition from prototype quantities to higher volumes.

Acts of God or events that are outside our control-
Delays from transportation strikes or problems due to extreme weather conditions are examples that are certainly in the realm of possibility. We have added some buffer time into our schedule. However, it’s possible that we encounter something that could impact delivery dates.
